My Renewals
An interactive list that allows you to manage renewal activity, including requests for non-renewal, payments on a renewal, get a duplicate copy of renewal documents and more.
My Renewals can be accessed via your agency portal dashboard or through the My Bond Center tile.
My Renewals: Searching
Use the search filters to refine your results or search using the bond number, Principal name, or Obligee.
Clicking the arrow to the left of the bond allows you to see a description of the bond and renewal. This allows you to view what type of documents generated at renewal, if any (example: Continuation Certificate)

View
Displays detailed information about the bond will open in a new tab. Including Principal information, Obligee information, and renewal information.
Docs
Allows you to view and request duplicates of renewal documents including billing notices.
Email: The documents selected will be emailed to the email address provided.
Mail: The documents selected will be generated and mailed the next business day.
Pay Now
Allows you to renew a bond via payment on the bond by following the guided payment process.
Do Not Renew
Flags a bond to not renew. Any necessary non-renewal documentation will be generated and mailed the next business day.
Understanding Renewal Statuses
Billing - Invoiced to Bondholder
The bond has started the renewal process and an invoice for payment has been sent to the bondholder.
Billing - Second Notice to Bondholder
The bond has started the renewal process and a second notice for payment has been sent to the bondholder.
Non-Renewed
The bond will not renew. This can result from a variety of reasons; Non-Renewal request, Non-Payment, Underwriting Reasons, etc.
Not Yet Processed
The bond has not yet started the renewal process.
Pending Underwriting Review
The bond has started the renewal process and is being reviewed by an underwriter.
Processing
The bond has started the renewal process.
